Welcome Dinner (Optional)
We will host a casual welcome dinner for folks who have made it into town. We recommend taking an Uber or metro from the hotel block to dinner.
Attire: Casual - Dark Jeans/Trousers & Polos/Blouses, Sundresses, Salwar Kameez. See outfit guide.

Shuttle to Resort & Check In
Transportation will be provided from the hotel block in Pune to Malhar Machi Resort and neighboring resorts so that guests can have lunch, check in and settle into their rooms.

Mehndi
Pool area. We will have mehndi (henna) artists available if you’d like to get your mehndi done. Snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the event.
Attire: Cocktail/Indian. Mehndi colors! (reds, oranges). See outfit guide.


Sangeet
Amrai Lawn. Sangeet is a time for friends and family to put together their best performances for the bride, groom and other wedding attendees. Dinner will be provided following the performances.

Baraat & Vidhi (Wedding Ceremony)
Devrai Garden. Apurva and Nick officially tie the knot! A baraat is a celebratory wedding procession where all guests escort the groom to the mandap (altar). Guests should get ready to dance and have fun during baraat! Afterwards, Apurva will be escorted by her family and friends to the altar, and the Indian & American ceremonies will begin.
Attire: Indian/Formal. Bright colors! See outfit guide.

Reception, Dinner and Dancing
Devrai Garden. Cocktail hour till 7pm. Dinner & dancing to follow.

After Party
The bride and groom’s talented friends will take over DJing the rest of the night. We’ll move from outside into the bar/restaurant area.

Breakfast & Checkout
There will be a breakfast provided prior to leaving the resorts. We’ll bring all neighboring resort guests via a shuttle to Malhar Machi to say goodbyes, and to catch shuttles/transport. See Ground Transportation to make a travel plan that works for you.
